Question 1

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Orders leave our workshop in Porqueres within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery across Spain usually arrives in 2–4 working days, and in 3–7 working days elsewhere in Europe. Express delivery shortens that by roughly half.

Question 2

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

Standard delivery is €4.95 and free on orders over €60 after discounts. Express delivery is €9.95. All prices on the site are in euro and include VAT.

Question 3

Can I return a toy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an item, and another 14 days to send it back in resellable condition with its packaging. See our Refund & Returns page for the full details.

Question 4

How do I know a toy suits my child's age?

Accepted Answer

Every product page shows a recommended age range, the materials used and safety information. You can also filter the catalogue by age group to see only the toys made for that stage.

Question 5

How do I pay for my order?

Accepted Answer

Card payment is not switched on yet. You can place your order online and it is saved with the status "awaiting payment" — we then contact you by email to arrange payment before anything ships. Nothing is charged automatically.

Question 6

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

No. You can shop and check out as a guest; your basket is kept for you. Creating an account simply lets you see your order history under My orders.

Question 7

Where can I use a promo code?

Accepted Answer

Enter it in the basket or during checkout. The discount is checked and calculated on our side, so you always see the final amount before confirming the order.

Question 8
